Jenn Gilman Has a Clear Vision for Westfield’s Future
As a 13-year resident and Chair of the Pool Committee for the Westfield Recreation Commission, I cannot imagine a person better suited to lead Westfield than Jenn Gilman.

Our town needs leaders who listen and collaborate. Jenn brings stakeholders—residents, administrators, and officials—together to find common ground. When parks needed upgrades, she worked with the commission, school district, and town council to advocate for improvements, ensuring projects advanced without burdening taxpayers. This collaborative spirit will serve her well as we address downtown revitalization, education quality, and Westfield’s leadership in Union County.
Jenn champions transparency and accountability. She holds public sessions for community feedback and personally responds to residents’ concerns. As a council member, she will keep constituents informed and ensure they have an active voice in local governance.
Jenn is an established community leader who leads by example. She plans and participates in community events. When discussions turn to youth engagement, she draws on her experience expanding recreational offerings to strengthen schools and neighborhood programs while keeping streets safe. Her Recreation Committee record proves she chooses sustainable strategies benefiting every ward.
Westfield deserves a council member who balances innovation with practical execution, understands budgets, brings people together, and improves daily life for families and seniors. Jenn Gilman is that leader. I urge you to support her and ensure Westfield has the leadership it deserves.
